Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette and Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Smashed garlic
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Fresh ground pepper I use mixed but black or white will work
- 1/2 cup Olive oil or Avacado oil If using as a marinade for something to grill, I suggest avacado oil.
Instructions
Stick blender method
- Add everything to a deep vessel and blend for about 2 minutes.
Blender or Food Processor method
- In a food processor or blender add strawberrie jam, garlic,alsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Pulse 6 times. While processor is running slowly drizzle in extra virgin olive oil, until vinaigrette has thickened.
Shaken method
- Finally mince the garlic and add everything to the jar, Screw the lid on tight and shake for about 2 minutes.
- Store in a glass or airtight container, keep in the fridge for one month.
