- 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Smashed garlic
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Fresh ground pepper I use mixed but black or white will work
- 1/2 cup Olive oil or Avacado oil If using as a marinade for something to grill, I suggest avacado oil.
Blender or Food Processor method
In a food processor or blender add strawberrie jam, garlic,alsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Pulse 6 times. While processor is running slowly drizzle in extra virgin olive oil, until vinaigrette has thickened.
Shaken method
Finally mince the garlic and add everything to the jar, Screw the lid on tight and shake for about 2 minutes.
Store in a glass or airtight container, keep in the fridge for one month.
