I hope to bring you aboard Steelaway where you will find me exploring, visiting, organizing, and of course, cooking, as the galley is my happy place there will be much to do about food.
I also hope to share all that each marina and town we visit has to offer. I hope to share the local cuisine of each town and take you with me as I search for fresh local and in-season ingredients to bring back to my Galley and create wonderful dishes. I hope to also share the necessities of life with tips on the best local salons for hair and nails, grocery stores, fun little antique shops to local fish and farmers markets.
And nothing says boating more than a cocktail at the end of the day on the dock, So keep an eye out for fun, tasty and exciting cocktail recipes.
