Pot Roast Seasoning Blend
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Flour You can increas this for a thicker gravy. Or substitute 2 Tbsp corn starch for gluten free.
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Dried basil
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tsp Dried thyme
- 2 tsp Freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp Celery salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 Bay leaves

Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl or jar and mix well.

- Sear your meat and remove from the pan add 3 tbsp butter and the remaining seasoning blend and cook for 2 minutes.
