Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or full-fat Greek yogurt)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pickled banana peppers
- 1 tbsp banana pepper brine
- 1 tbsp homemade Good Seasons dressing mix
- 1-2 tsp hot sauce, to taste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated or pressed (optional)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in banana peppers, brine, dressing mix, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and garlic.
- Taste and adjust with salt, pepper, more hot sauce, or brine as needed.
- For best flavor, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Or enjoy immediately.
- Transfer to a bowl. Top with extra chopped peppers or fresh herbs. Serve with chips, crackers, veggies, or spread on sandwiches.
