In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and fluffy.
Stir in banana peppers, brine, dressing mix, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and garlic.
Taste and adjust with salt, pepper, more hot sauce, or brine as needed.
For best flavor, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Or enjoy immediately.
