Italian Seasoning
Italian Seasoning is an easy pantry staple to keep on hand. Its earthy Mediterranean flavor makes it perfect for pasta, sauces, meatballs, vegetables, and so much more.
I like to give mine a couple of swirls in the spice grinder just to break up the herbs for a more uniform size, and it also helps wake up the oils and make your spice blend brighter. Just be careful not to turn it into dust.
You can add all the ingredients to a jar and shake well if you do not have a spice grinder. Or use a mortar
and pestle.
Keep in an airtight jar in a dark and cool place for up to 6 months.
