Homemade Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Finally dices celery optional
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp Horseradish Buy the horseradish from the refrigerator section not next to the Mayo. Look for. one with the only ingredient is horseradish or horseradish, vinegar, and salt.
- 3-4 Dashes Worcestershire
- 3-4 Dashes Hot Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Combine the ketchup, celery, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
- Stir well. The sauce can be served immediately or chilled for 1 hour for best results. It can even be made the day before.
