Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Finally dices celery optional
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp Horseradish Buy the horseradish from the refrigerator section not next to the Mayo. Look for. one with the only ingredient is horseradish or horseradish, vinegar, and salt.
  • 3-4 Dashes Worcestershire
  • 3-4 Dashes Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine the ketchup, celery, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Stir well. The sauce can be served immediately or chilled for 1 hour for best results. It can even be made the day before.
