The Paul-Hattan

I like to think of this cocktail as the love child of an old-fashion and a manhatten

For me, it's always bourbon. I love the flavor of the sour mash, so it's what I always pick for manhattens and old fashions. Now to replace the sweet Vermouth of a manhattan, I have picked amaretto as the almond flavor goes well with the Strawberries.
Speaking of Strawberries they replace the cherry of the old fashion
an ounce of simple Syrup and a twist of lemon and we are ready for a Delicious Refreshing cocktail

It's named after my friend Paul Hammack for his love of Bourbon with a bit of Sweet thrown in; cheers to you, Paul, for your Inspiration.

So whether on a dock, your cockpit, or pilothouse, enjoy this cocktail and safe cruising.
