The Paul-Hattan
Bourbon meets strawberries and amaretto in this cross between a manhatten and oldfashion

- 3-4 Strawberries cut in half with the tops removed
- 1 oz Simple syrup https://garisgalley.com/simple-syrup/
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 1 large ice cube optional
Place the strawberries in your glass or a cocktail tin
Add 1 ounce simple syrup
Muddle until the strawberries are almost puréed
Add the bourbon
Add the amaretto
At this point you can stir well and add your ice
Or you can pour it from your tin thru a strainer and add your ice
Garnish with a twist of lemon and enjoy
If you do not have a big ice then fill your class with what ever ice you have
