I prefer my immersion blender, but you can also use your food processor; slowly add the oil thru the tube slowly.

- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup avocado oil
Instructions
- If using your immersion blender, place all ingredients in a deep container.
- Place your blender all the way to the bottom, turn on, count to 20 minutes then slowly start to lift your bender up. Slowly move your blender up and down until fully emulsified.
