Cranberry Dijonnaise
Turn leftover cranberry sauce into a delicious condiment perfect for turkey sandwiches, or turkey salad.

- 2 egg yolk's
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup avocado oil
If using your immersion blender, place all ingredients in a deep container.
Place your blender all the way to the bottom, turn on, count to 20 then slowly start to lift your bender up. Slowly move your blender up and down until fully emulsified.
