BBQ Compound Butter
Ingredients
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: pinch of cayenne or chipotle powder for a little heat
Instructions
- Let butter soften at room temperature until easily spreadable.In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until fully blended.Shape into a log using parchment paper or spoon into a ramekin.Chill for at least 30 minutes. Slice and use as needed.
