Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh pineapple chunks

or

  • cup Chopped pineapple core (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger, peeled and sliced (or 1 tsp grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground turmeric or 1 tsp freshly grated turmeric root
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
  • Pinch of black pepper (optional but helps boost turmeric absorption)

Instructions

  • Choose Your Pineapple Base:
Use either fresh pineapple chunks for a sweeter, softer texture — or the pineapple core for a zero-waste, extra-bromelain boost. Chop the core into small pieces to help it blend smoothly.
  • Blend Everything Together:
In a high-speed blender, combine your pineapple base, ginger, turmeric, sweetener of choice, and water or coconut water. Add lemon juice and black pepper if using.
  • Taste & Adjust:
Blend until smooth. Taste and add more sweetener or lemon if needed.
  • Optional Strain:
If using the core and your blender leaves pulp, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother texture.
  • Pour into Molds:
Fill popsicle molds with the mixture. Leave a little room at the top for expansion. Insert sticks.
  • Freeze:
Freeze 6–8 hours, or overnight, until solid.
  • Unmold & Enjoy:
Run warm water over the outside of the molds to release. Refresh and recharge with every golden bite!
