Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ tbsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • I like to give mine a whirl in the spice grinder but a mortar and pestle will work, or just whisk to combine.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container  in a cool dark place.
  • This will cover one whole chicken.
