Ingredients

1 ½ tbsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Dried thyme
1/2 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Instructions

I like to give mine a whirl in the spice grinder but a mortar and pestle will work, or just whisk to combine.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
This will cover one whole chicken.
