- 1 food processor optional
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- in the bowl of your food processor add the first 7 ingredients
- if you do not have a food processor, then add ingredients to a jar with a tight fitting lid, and shake well
- with the moter running, slowley add the oil
- If you are using a jar, add the oil and shake it for 1 to 2 minutes, until well combined
- store in the refirerater
- great as a salad dressing or a marinade
