Ingredients
- 1 Personal-sized watermelon cut into bite-sized cubes or about 5-6 cups of watermelon cut into cubes
- 1 pint Blueberries washed
- 1 cup Crumbled feta
- 3 Tbsp Fresh mint roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp Balsamic if it's a thin balsamic, you will probably only need 2 Tbsp
- kosher salt to tast
How to pick a watermelon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently toss watermelon, blueberries, feta, and mint.
- Add a couple of pinches of salt.
- Add the balsamic and oil and again toss gently. Start with 1 Tbsp balsamic and add more if needed.
