It can be used for any fish, seafood, or shrimp, whether grilling pan searing, or roasting. Also excellent for salmon patties, crabcakes, gnocchi, vegetables, pasta, and anything you use basil pesto for.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh dill
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper or one small fresno pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- pinch of kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1 lemon, juice, and zest
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend well. You can add somewater or more lemon juice if you would like it thinner.
