Don’t be a Jerk pork chops with cinnamon apples

sweet and spicy come together with jerk seasoned thick-cut pork chops tossed with cinnamon and brown sugar apples

follow this link for the jerk seasoning recipe Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

I served this dish with jerk seasoned mashed sweet potatoes
to make the sweet potatoes follow the cooking instructions for Baked Sweet Potato
when done cooking, remove the skins and mash with two tablespoons of butter

I added one tablespoon of jerk seasoning; you can add more if you like it spicier or season only with salt and pepper
there is already a lot of spice with the pork chops and apples, so only seasoning the potatoes with salt and pepper is still mighty tasty

Have fun and safe cruising
