Instructions (With a Spice Grinder):
Add all ingredients to a clean, dry spice grinder or coffee grinder.Pulse in short bursts until everything is evenly blended and slightly finer in texture—about 10–15 seconds.Let it settle for a few seconds before opening the lid to avoid spice dust.Transfer to an airtight jar and store in a cool, dry place.
