Healthy Homemade Coffee Creamer Sweetened With Dates
A healthy coffee creamer without additives, chemicals, or artificial ingredients and sweetened with dates in place of sugar.

- 4 cups whole milk, half-and-half, cream, or 2% milk
- 6-8 Medjool dates, pitted
- Pinch of sea salt
Optional Ingredients
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (or flavor of your choice)
- 1–2 tsp cocoa powder, cinnamon, or seasonal spice blend
Soften the datesPlace pitted dates in a heatproof bowl and cover with hot water. Soak for 10–15 minutes until softened.Blend smoothDrain dates and add to a blender with 2 cups of milk. Blend on high until completely smooth.Strain (optional)For a silky finish, pour through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.Finish the mixAdd the remaining 2 cups of milk, vanilla, salt, and any optional ingredients. Stir or shake to combine.Store & enjoyStore in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake before using.
