Southwest Ranch Dressing

Southwest ranch dressing is a zesty and creamy salad dressing that brings the flavors of the southwest to your plate. Made with a combination of tangy buttermilk, southwest seasoning, and flavorful herbs and spices from ranch seasoning, this dressing is a perfect blend of cool and spicy.  Its bold and delicious taste will leave you wanting more and add a touch of southwestern flair to any dish.

One of the great things about making your own dressing is that you can adjust the ingredients to suit your personal tastes. If you prefer a thicker dressing, use less buttermilk. If you want it to be thinner, add more. You can also play around with the ratio of mayonnaise to sour cream to create your preferred consistency.

Homemade southwestern ranch dressing is not only delicious, but it’s also a healthier alternative to store-bought dressings that often contain high amounts of preservatives and additives. By making it at home, you have control over the ingredients and can ensure a fresh and flavorful dressing.

And it’s not just for salads it can also be used, as a dip, on tacos or burritos, for wings, baked potato, or even as a cole slaw dressing!

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

You can use equal parts mayo and liquid of choice if you wish to skip the sour cream.
