Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Bread stale or fresh cut into cubes

Optional Flavorings

  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Ranch seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning
  • ! Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Really any seasoning you like

Instructions
 

  • Cut bread into cubes or tear it into small pieces.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking dish, this helps with clean up.
  • Place into a 300° oven for 5 minutes for stale bread or 10 minutes for fresh.
  • You need your bread to be dry enough to grind in the food processor.
  • Place the dried bread cubes into your food processor and grind until your desires size you need.
  • No is the time to add the seasoning if you wish to, and give just a few short grinds.
  • Place the bread crumbs back on the baking sheet and bake into the oven.
  • Stir and check them every 5 minutes until all the moisture is extracted. This could take 10 to 15 minutes.
  • How to store fresh bread crumbs: If you aren’t using them right away, store fresh bread crumbs in an airtight container or bag in the refrigerator for about a week, or the freezer.
  • Store cooled dry bread crumbs in the pantry in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks (be sure they are truly dried out and completely cooled for them to last!),
