Packed with herbs Green Goddess dressing is bright, bold, creamy and bursting with flavor.
It can be used as a salad dressing, a grilling marinade and sauce, and, in this case, a dressing for cucumber salad.
One of the best parts of making green goddesses is mixing and matching the herbs you like best or have on hand; another great addition is adding an avocado to the dressing.
This is a great salad to get you thru the summer, from docktail events to backyard barbeques, or as a salad to keep in the fridge to munch on.
