Greek Yogurt and Dill Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups Cooked chicken, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup Fresh chopped dill
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 Stalks of celery small diced
- 2 Green onions minced
- 1/2 cup Nuts, walnuts, pecans, pistacheos, or any nut you like
- 1 Lemon, the zest and juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Grapes, cut in half
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt, maybe more after tasting
- 1/4 tsp Fresh ground pepper I like my mixed pepper blend here
Addition add in choices
- 1/2 cup Apple, diced
- 1/2 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- Hot sauce, a few dashes
Instructions
- Whisk all of the ingredients minus the chicken in a large bowl.
- Add in the chicken and mix well.
- Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed
