Ingredients
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks, fresh or canned If using cnned be sue to drain.
- 1 cup Unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- Using a blender or food processor combine all ingredients.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. The mixture should fill 6 molds.
- Transfer the molds to the freezer, and freeze 5 hours to overnight.
- To release the popsicles, briefly immerse each mold in warm water for 10-15 seconds, and they should slide out effortlessly.
