Strawberry Dink
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 cup Coconut milk unsweetened
Chocolate topper
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Pure maple syrup up to one tablespoon
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk
Instructions
- To make this drink, start by adding the strawberries and coconut milk to a blender.
- Blend the strawberries and coconut milk until they're smooth and creamy, then transfer the mixture to a tall glass filled with ice.
- Next, prepare the chocolate cold foam. Add the coconut milk, maple syrup, and cocoa powder to a separate glass and whisk to combine. I like to use an electric whisk or milk frother to make this cold foam nice and frothy!
- Once the cold foam is done, pour it over top of the pink drink. Give it a light stir, then serve and enjoy!
