- 1 8-inch cast iron pan or any oven-safe dish
Ingredients
- 8 oz Softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cups Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Hot sauce If you like it spicier, you can use 3/4 cup.
- 1½ cups Shredded Monterey jack cheese Or pepper jack
- 2 cups Cooked chopped chicken
- 1 Big pinch of kosher salt
- 6 oz Blue cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine everything but the Blue cheese.
- Spread evenly into your skillet.
- Crumble the blue cheese evenly on the top.
- Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
- Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, potato chips, celery or carrots.
