Servings 1 cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp  ranch seasoning 
  • 1-3 tbsp water or milk to thin
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon olive oil for a silkier texture

Instructions
 

  • Scoop & Combine
    In a food processor or blender, add the avocado, sour cream or yogurt, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of the ranch seasoning.
    Blend
    Blend until completely smooth. Add water or milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency for dipping or drizzling.
    Taste & Adjust
    Add more seasoning to taste or a splash more lemon juice if you want extra tang.
    Store
    Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. Use within 3–4 days.
