Servings 5 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Cooked chicken, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh chopped dill
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 Stalks of celery small diced
  • 2 Green onions minced
  • 1/2 cup Nuts, walnuts, pecans, pistacheos, or any nut you like
  • 1 Lemon, the zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt, maybe more after tasting
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh ground pepper I like my mixed pepper blend here

Addition add in choices

  • 1/2 cup Apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • Hot sauce, a few dashes

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all of the ingredients minus the chicken in a large bowl.
  • Add in the chicken and mix well.
  • Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed
