Cookie Dough Dip

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or with a hand mixer, cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugars until combined, about 3 minutes.
  • Add the vanilla and salt and continue mixing, then add the chocolate chips or add-in of your choosing and blend just until combined.
  • If making the day before, let it come to room temperature to serve.

Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips

This is what I like to use for a dipper, but there are any number of things to use, such as pretzel’s, cookies, graham crackers, and fruit.

    • Turn your oven on to 375°
    • In a small bowl, mix your sugars and cinnamon.
    • Cut your pitas into triangles and place them in a large bowl. I use scissors to separate the edges.
    • Drizzle 1/3 butter over pita chips and gently toss, and repeat.
    • Now do the same with the cinnamon sugar, until all the pita chips are covered.
    • Toss gently so as not to tear them.
    • Lay in a single layer on a piece of parchment paper.
    • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
