When making the dust make extra; it’s excellent for any meat you are grilling, from salmon to chicken.

- 1 sheet pan
- 1 wire rack
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 1 cup barbecue dust
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- preheat oven to 400 degrees
- pat wings dry and place in a bowl
- toss the wings with 1/2 cup dust
- in a single layer, place the wings on a wire rack on top of a sheet pan
- I cover my sheet pan with foil, hooray no washing
- sprinkle 1/4 cup dust over the wings
- place in the middle of the oven and set your timer for 30 minutes
- remove from oven and turn each wing over
- sprinkle 1/4 cup dust over wings and place them bake in the oven
- bake for an additional 30 minutes
- serve with ranch or blue cheese
