This is a great rub for anything you are grilling, roasting, smoking, or barbecuing
If you do not have both chili powders, then do 2 tablespoons of the one you have on hand
I use it for ribs, chicken wings, pork but, and anything I’m throwing on the grill

sweet and spicy dry rub for chicken, pork and anything you are barbecuing

- 1 spice grinder
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp ancho chili powder
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 4 tbsp onion powder
- 4 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 2 tbsp dried mustard
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp coriander
Instructions
- grind until a nice fine dust in your spice grinder
- it takes me two batches to do it all
- you can use a mortar and pestle if you don't have a spice grinder
- or just place all ingredients in a jar and shake well
