Zesty Celery Salad with Dill, Walnuts & Dijon

Celery takes center stage here, but it’s not alone. Chopped walnuts add richness and crunch, Parmesan shavings bring salty depth, and fresh dill offers an herbal pop that ties everything together. The dressing—made with lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar—brightens the dish and balances the flavors beautifully.
Best of all, this salad holds up well and even gets better after a short chill, making it a smart choice for prepping ahead or packing along for a boat picnic.
