Sole Water

Sodium is an essential mineral that plays a critical role in maintaining various physiological functions. It is a key electrolyte, which means it helps regulate fluid balance, nerve function, and muscle contractions.

Ingredients
  

  • To make sole water, fill a glass jar about a quarter of the way with pink Himalayan salt, then fill the rest with water, seal it, shake well, and let it sit for 24 hours; the resulting saturated salt solution is "sole water" which you can then add a teaspoon of to a glass of water to drink; make sure to use a glass jar and not metal utensils as it can react with the salt.
