Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs
Smoked salmon deviled eggs elevate the traditional recipe with the addition of rich, flavorful smoked salmon. The egg yolk mixture is blended with mayo, fresh dill, and lemon juice, lending a sophisticated taste. - 6 Hard-boiled eggs
- 2-3 tbsp Mayonaise
- 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 1 oz Smoked salmon, chopped
- 1 oz smoked salmon for garnish!
- 1/2 tbsp capers for garnish
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
In the bowl with the yolks, add mayonnaise, diced smoked salmon, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
Sprinkle the egg whites with salt and pepper.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
Top each with a small piece of smoked salmon and a sprinkle of capers before serving.
