Shrimp, Boursin and Orzo Bake

- 1 Round Boursin Cheese
- 2 cups unbleached Orzo pasta
- 4 cups Chicken or vegetable stock
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 1/2 pounds Shrimp peeled and devained I use 21-25
- 3 tbsp All-purpose seasoning
- 1 Lemon
Optional add-ins
This is great for extra things you have in the fridge so feel free to play and have fun with add-ins
- peas
- asparagus
- sun-dried tomatoes
- fresh chopped dill
- fresh spinach
Preheat oven to 450°
In a 9 by 13 baking dish place your Bourisin in the center
Pour the orzo around and sprinkle with 1 tsp all purpose seasoning, the zest from the lemon and any vegtables you might want to add, and the stock.
Cover and place in the oven for 20 minutes. If your pasta is unbleached cook for 25 minutes.
While the dish is in the oven season both sides of the shrimp with the remaining seasoning and let sit out at room temp.
Slice the remaining half lemon in half and then slice into half rings
When the 20 minutes are up, remove from the oven and stir well. Top with the shrimp and lemon and return to the oven uncovered for 10 more minutets
