Pineapple Ginger Hydration Soda Concentrate

This Pineapple Ginger Hydration Soda Concentrate is made with fresh pineapple, coconut water, ginger, honey, Ceylon cinnamon, and Redmond Real Salt. Blend it up, strain, and mix with club soda for a refreshing summertime drink with real ingredients and tropical flavor.

  • Add the pineapple, coconut water, ginger, salt, honey, and cinnamon to a blender.
    Blend until completely smooth.
    Strain through a fine mesh strainer, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
    Taste and adjust the honey if desired.
    Transfer to a jar or bottle.
    Refrigerate until cold.

Notes

  • For a stronger ginger flavor, increase the ginger to 2 tablespoons.
    To serve, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup concentrate to a glass filled with ice and top with 12–16 ounces club soda or sparkling water.
