I like to serve it as a bowl with the following
Using a food processer or blender process the marinade ingredients until smooth.
Chop your salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes (approximately 1-inch pieces) and place them in a bowl.
Pour the miso marinade over the salmon cubes, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15-20 minutes
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Arrange the marinated salmon bites on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece. Broil the salmon for about 5-6 minutes, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden color. Keep an eye on them, as broilers can vary in strength!I also like to rotate the tray after 3 minutes to ensure eavencooking. Now they are ready for a rice bowl, salad, served over pasta or stick a toothpick in them for an easy appetizer.
