  • Using a microplane, zester, or peeler remove the zest from your lemon
  • If you use a peeler then chop the lemon rind into smaller pieces
  • Add the sugar and lemon zest to the food processor and blitz for 1 to 2 minutes
  • store in an airtight container
  • Use this lemon sugar in anything you would use sugar in that you would like to add a lemon flavor to.
