Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette
Homemade Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette is a delicious addition to your kitchen arsenal. With just a few simple ingredients and minimal time, you can create a dynamic dressing that enhances the flavors of countless dishes.
- 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup (adjust according to your sweetness preference

- 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 3/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
In a mixing bowl or a jar with a lid, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), Dijon mustard, minced garlic, kosher salt, and white wine vinegar. If you're using a bowl, whisk the mixture vigorously until everything is well combined. If you're using a jar, secure the lid and shake vigorously until the ingredients are fully emulsified.
Slowly add the extra virgin olive oil while whisking continuously to create a creamy consistency. If using a jar, you can add the olive oil and then shake the jar again until fully mixed.
