Ingredients

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp pure cane sugar (or maple sugar/date sugar)
1 tbsp dry milk powder
Pinch of salt

Optional:

1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp vanilla powder
marshmallows for topping

Instructions

Stir cocoa, sugar, salt, and dry milk powder
Spoon into a small jar or packet.
Seal until ready to use or gift.

To Make the Cocoa

Add the entire mix to a mug.
Stir in 1 cup hot milk (or hot water).
Whisk until smooth and warm.
