Honey Mustard

Homemade honey mustard is all-natural. It's made from simple, pantry-staple ingredients. This means that you know exactly what is going into your food and can avoid any added preservatives, artificial flavors, and other harmful ingredients that are often found in store-bought versions. These additives can have negative effects on our health, including disrupting our gut health and causing inflammation.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard you can use whole grain as well. Just make sure that if you are not making your own mustard there are no harmful dyes in the store bought mustard.
  • 1/3 cup Mayonaise
  • 1/3 cup Pure unfiltered honey
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients in a small dish until smooth.
  • Put into an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
