- 2 cups any kind of raw nut you like
- 1 tbsp oil of your choice, coconut, extra virgin olive oil, avocado, or melted butter
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

I think each seasoning is different and this is just a jumping off point you can always add more or less
Rosemary
- 2 tbsp Freshly chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Paprika
Honey and Chili
- 2 tbsp Melted butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
