Homemade Roasted Nuts

Roasting your own nuts is a simple and easy process that doesn't require any fancy equipment or special skills. All you need is a baking sheet, some nuts of your choice, and an oven. This not only allows you to control the quality of the nuts, but also gives you the opportunity to season them to your liking.

  • Add all of the nuts to a bowl. Toss with the seasoning and oil.
  • Place nuts in a single layer on the sheet pan. I like to hold the salt back and sprinkle the sea salt all over, but you can toss them with the salt. Place in the oven to roast for 15 minutes, removing halfway through to stir.
