In a Jar: Add all ingredients to a small jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until evenly combined.
Store: Transfer to a labeled airtight spice jar or keep it right in the jar you mixed it in. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6–12 months.

Option 2: Spice Grinder Method (Fine Texture)

  • Add Ingredients: Place all dry ingredients into a clean, dry spice grinder or coffee grinder.
Pulse to Blend: Use short bursts to grind until the mix becomes a fine, uniform powder.
Let Dust Settle: Wait a few seconds before opening the lid to avoid a puff of spice dust.
Store: Pour into an airtight container, label, and store as above.

To Make Dressing:

  • Combine 2 Tbsp mix + ¼ cup vinegar + ⅔ cup oil + 2 Tbsp water. Shake or whisk well.
