Frozen Yogurt Bark

A cool and creamy treat you can feel good about! Perfect for hot days, afternoon snacks, or a healthier dessert option.
Prep Time 10 minutes
freezing time 4 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for creamiest texture)
  • 1-3 tbsp tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Optional Toppings:

  • You can mix and match based on your mood or what’s in your kitchen!
  • Fruits (fresh or freeze-dried):
  • Blueberries
    Strawberries (sliced)
    Raspberries
    Kiwi (peeled and sliced thin)
    Mango chunks
    Banana slices
    Pomegranate seeds

Crunchy & Nutty:

  • Granola
Chopped pistachios, almonds, walnuts, or pecans
    Toasted coconut flakes
    Crushed pretzels

Sweet Treats:

  • Mini dark chocolate chips
    Shaved chocolate
    Cacao nibs
Swirls of nut butter or jam

Instructions:

  • Mix the Base:
In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and sea salt until smooth and well combined.
    Spread:
Line a baking sheet (approx. 9x13”) with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a thin layer (about 1/4” thick).
    Top It Off:
Sprinkle or artfully arrange your favorite toppings across the yogurt.
    Freeze:
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully solid.
    Break & Serve:
Once frozen, break the bark into pieces. Store in a freezer-safe container or bag for up to 1 month.

Tips:

  • For best texture, let bark sit at room temp for 1–2 minutes before eating.
Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Avoid toppings that freeze poorly (like juicy fruits that release too much water).
