Deviled Eggs with Bacon Jam
Bacon jam deviled eggs combine the creamy classic with a savory, sweet twist. The yolk filling is infused with a delightful bacon jam made from cooked bacon, caramelized onions, and a hint of maple syrup, resulting in a unique depth of flavor. Finished with even more bacon jam and a sprinkle of chives on top, these deviled eggs are a crowd-pleasing treat that marries smoky and savory elements in every bite.

- 6 Hard-boiled eggs
- 2-3 tbsp Mayonaise
- 1 tsp Spicy brown mustard
- 2-3 tbsp Bacon jam
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- chives optiomal for garnish
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
In the bowl with the yolks, add mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of the bacon jam chopped up, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and combined.
Sprinkle the tops of the egg whites with salt and pepper
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
Top each with bacon jam and a sprinkle of chopped chives before serving.
