Cranberry–Orange Detox Water
A bright, refreshing winter detox water made with cranberries, oranges, and optional rosemary, ginger, and cinnamon. Lightly tart, beautifully colored, and perfect for hydration through the colder months.

- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary (optional)
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- 4-6 thin slices fresh ginger (optional)
- 6-8 cups filtered water

How to Make It
Add cranberries and orange slices to a large jar, pitcher, or infusion bottle.Pour in 6–8 cups cold filtered water.Add the rosemary sprig.If using, add the cinnamon stick and ginger slices.Chill at least 1 hour. The flavor is best after 4–6 hours.Refill the pitcher 1–2 times before discarding the fruit.
