Cranberry–Orange Detox Water

A bright, refreshing winter detox water made with cranberries, oranges, and optional rosemary, ginger, and cinnamon. Lightly tart, beautifully colored, and perfect for hydration through the colder months.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  fresh cranberries
  • 1  orange, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary (optional)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
  • 4-6 thin slices fresh ginger (optional)
  • 6-8 cups filtered water

Prep Notes

  • Cranberries:
    Smashed or cut for stronger flavor and a pretty color bleed
    Left whole for a very light infusion
    Orange:
    Thin slices release flavor evenly and look beautiful in the pitcher

How to Make It

  • Add cranberries and orange slices to a large jar, pitcher, or infusion bottle.
    Pour in 6–8 cups cold filtered water.
    Add the rosemary sprig.
    If using, add the cinnamon stick and ginger slices.
    Chill at least 1 hour. The flavor is best after 4–6 hours.
    Refill the pitcher 1–2 times before discarding the fruit.
