This is for one quart size jar
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon I prefer Saigon cinnamon for these
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 4 tbsp Dried buttermilk powder optional
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Old Fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
